My review
Let me start by saying this is the first book I've read by this author. Now let me say I want to rectify that immediately! This is a very cool world of many types of shifters that I'm very impressed with. I loved Conall and Maddie's blooming relationship. His crazy psycho relatives not so much. And Conall feels very out of place with all the mated pairs, so he volunteers to bring supplies to a widow out in the wilderness. Ummm except she's hot, she's got a special handicap and she's perfect for him!
Conall is awed by Maddie's and Maddie's is attracted to a stranger so it's a lot of tip toeing around each other. I loved how gentle he wanted to be around her. Most men are never that thoughtful. But he also didn't want to make her uncomfortable or feel like he was trying to take over. And the little matching from his fellow pack mates was quite funny.
